Prominente Dualtime in steel and rose gold
The soul of a world traveller. The new Prominente Dualtime is unquestionably an adventure in timekeeping. Named after one of the greatest cigars ever made, the steel version dares to marry traditional Roman numeral design and Arabic numerals, as well as rectilinear and round forms. Both sensual and masculine, it displays the time in two time zones.

Only a watch brand such as Cuervo y Sobrinos could dare, without losing its credibility, to use such a dial design where square meets oval, rectangle, star and waves. The shapes are in perfect balance. The markers for current local time, carefully studied down to the last detail, are Roman numerals against a background of wave guillochage encircled by a filigree oval. A window with unexpected lines reveals the date and day of the week in a first time zone. The second time zone is displayed in 24-hour time.

The Prominente Dualtime watch contains two self-winding mechanisms. Their sophisticated details can be seen through an anti-glare sapphire crystal. The time zone, date and day of the week are found in the centre of the dial. A brand within the brand, the brand’s logo is engraved in indigo blue on the oscillating weight against Cuervo y Sobrinos’ exclusive fan decoration. This model has a 48-hour power reserve. The screwed caseback is sealed to withstand 3 atm. of pressure.
This model is available as a gem-set version or without stones, in steel and 18-carat rose gold, with a crocodile strap and a pin buckle or folding clasp. The Prominente Dualtime is available in the brand’s traditional colours.

A luxury brand of international repute, Cuervo y Sobrinos has been producing its own watch collection in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland since 1882. Its contemporary timepieces remain true to the “vintage” aesthetic movements of the original collections and designs created in the past. It associates simplicity, avant-gardism and art deco with an innovative spirit, expertise and modern Swiss watchmaking.
